Situated in the heart of Manchester, the ABode Hotel is housed in a banded red sandstone building that has been a powerful landmark in the city ever since it was built in 1899, as the headquarters for Horrock's, the fabric producers. With original features like steel beams, ironwork columns, glazed tiles and hardwood floors remaining, the history of the property can be felt throughout. Filled with space and light, the 61 contemporary style guestrooms feature Moltini Italian designer furniture sitting side by side with 20th-century pieces.
